New Fleece Artist Colours
Hot out of the pot. New colours from Fleece Artist which we couldn't resist dyeing up too. My sister, back from maternity leave is responsible for these beauties. I think that she nailed it, so obviously motherhood suits her.
We realised the other day that we can no longer call ourselves "maidens" since we are both married with children. So are we "hand matrons" now? Oh dear, that sounds so dreary...

Shown in Casbah from left to right:
Ireland, Victoria, Aurora, Twilight, Merlin
I know that my "subtle series" of tonal colours has been missing from my colourways page for some time. Until we get those up, here are our current colours for your reference.

From top left to bottom right:
Ebony , Cedar, Ocean, Topaz, Pumpkin, Berry, Amethyst, Straw, Moss, Smoke, Ivory

None of the yarn photos showed up. I'm so disappointed. I have lots of Casbah (love it) so really wanted to see them. I'm using Internet Explorer as my browser. It's an updated version.
hum---- let me check.

I've already knitted up my top-down circular shawls in the Casbah in Periwinkle (twice) and Topaz, in the Camelspin in Berry, Ultraviolet, and Ocean, and in the Sea Silk in Topaz and Burgundy, and scarves in the Camelspin in Vintage; one might say I'm getting a bit addicted. You do nice color work.

Lucky I was browsing your blog & stumbled upon this photo - The subtle series are BEAUTIFUL. These are some of the best subtle combinations I've come across. Not criticizing your vibrant stuff ... as much as I'm drawn to the colour, I have come to accept wearing a turquoise/violet/gold/berry sweater doesn't complement my own colouring.
The cedar & smoke really excite me ... in fact everything in the top & bottom rows that chart excite me. You are truly talented at colour combination ... which is so fortunate for those of us who aren't! Thank you.
