We ship worldwide with Canada Post only. Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days.
Please be sure to give us an accurate postal mailing address. Just as we will cover the costs of our mistakes, we ask you to do the same; if your order is returned to us because you provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for re-shipping to the correct address. If you prefer a refund, we will refund you for the original cost less the cost of the initial shipping.
We can not replace or issue a refund for packages lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once the package has left our studio. Please also note that your country may apply customs, taxes and/or delivery fees. As a small team shipping to hundreds of countries each with their own situation, we ask you to understand your home country rules; you are responsible for all landing costs.
We gladly accept for return yarns purchased through the Hand Maiden/Fleece Artist webstore that remain in their initial sale condition (unwound with original label and no foreign odour) within 30 days of purchase. Returns can be mailed directly to our studio without prior authorization.
We will reduce your refund amount by the amount of any clearance fees, customs or duty charged upon receipt of your parcel. To limit any additional fees, we recommend shipping your parcel via your national postal service (Canada Post, USPS, etc.). To further lower the risk of these fees please mark “RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE” on the package.
Will I be refunded on the shipping to return an item?
We will not refund the shipping cost, unless we have made an error on your order prompting the return.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return.

We endeavour to provide flawless service, but we remain human. Should you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com to request a return shipping label as we can only cover return shipping costs this way.
Please, allow up to four weeks mishipped items to be received and exchanged.
