Heirloom Thick and Thin Shawl

Entire shawl is worked in Garter Stitch from bottom up. You could also use Worsted Weight yarn like Organic Chinook and Fingering Weight yarn, or brushed Kid Mohair. Key is some type of contrast of weight of yarn.
